Jerry Frankel was the co-founder of License Solution, Inc., a California Department of Real Estate (DRE) approved online real estate school. He spent more than two decades helping develop and grow online real estate education programs in California and was instrumental in bringing real estate licensing education to the internet during the early years of online learning.
Prior to co-founding License Solution, Jerry founded California License, one of the early innovators in online California real estate education. California License grew into an established provider of licensing education and was later acquired by Thomson Corporation, which subsequently merged with Reuters to form Thomson Reuters. Through his work in real estate education, Jerry helped thousands of aspiring real estate professionals pursue careers in California real estate.
In 2011, Jerry Frankel and Robert Handwerker founded License Solution with the goal of making California real estate education more affordable, accessible, and easier to understand.
