SECURITY & IDENTITY VERIFICATION POLICY By enrolling in a course with License Solution, you agree to comply with all identity verification protocols required by state regulations and our internal policies. Any attempt to misrepresent your identity or circumvent the course requirements may result in removal from the course, denial of certification, forfeiture of fees, and possible legal consequences. Unauthorized course participation—such as having another individual complete any portion of the course on your behalf—is strictly prohibited and may lead to disqualification and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities. You certify that all personal information you provide to License Solution is accurate and truthful. In cases where identity verification is required, you may be asked to submit a Statement of Assurance or other documentation to confirm your identity. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in course termination without refund.
License Solution may, where permitted by law, verify your identity using information from third-party databases, which may include public records, driving records, and other relevant data sources. This process is solely for the purpose of fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. In certain states, we may be required to collect additional personal information to meet state licensing or reporting requirements.
COURSE ACCESS AND EXPIRATION POLICY Students have one (1) year from the date of enrollment to complete their coursework. This access period applies to all our California licensing courses. If additional time is needed after the one-year mark, students may be offered a discounted extension option, subject to eligibility and course availability.
Please note that regulatory guidelines set by the state may influence whether extensions are permitted or how they are applied. For more information about your course access or to inquire about an extension, reach out to our support team.
SUBCRIPTION BILLING POLICY Students may choose to re-enroll or extend their course access with a monthly subscription of $10, which automatically renews each month until canceled.
By enrolling in a subscription plan, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring it is canceled when no longer needed.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to sales@licensesolution.com.
License Solution is not responsible for charges incurred on active subscriptions that were not properly canceled by the student.
To avoid future charges, you must contact us before your next billing cycle. We’re happy to assist you at any time and can confirm your cancellation once received in writing.

REFUND POLICY Students may apply in writing to License Solution, Inc., mailing address, 2700 Neilson Way unit #731 or EMAIL within 15 days from the date of enrollment to cancel and receive a refund for the full tuition. All License Solution, Inc. materials must be returned in excellent condition at the time of cancellation; the materials should not be soiled, torn or marked upon (if hard copy textbook materials were shipped and part of your order). Refunds are not provided if any work has been submitted and/or any certificates issued for course completion.
Unless otherwise prohibited by your State’s regulations/laws, students may be eligible for a refund through our 100% Money Back Guarantee. To qualify for a full refund under this guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions: (a) Successfully complete all three California prelicensing courses through License Solution and receive your official course completion certificates (b) Achieve a minimum score of 75% or higher on our online exam prep, showing consistent mastery of the material. (c) Take the California real estate licensing exam within 90 days of completing your final course with License Solution. In addition, your License Solution account must be active to qualify for this offer. The 100% Money Back Guarantee is available within your first full year of enrollment.
