The staff are so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The material is similar to the state exam ( Just passed the state exam on my first try ) and I recommend using all the study aids provided by License Solution. I bought the hard copy of the books too, for more interactive studying. I found that to be well worth the investment. At the end of the day its on you to pass the courses but having a trustworthy and knowledgeable school at your side lends an extra level of confidence that you’ll do great. Best of luck to you!

I really enjoyed the course that I took and would highly recommend it! It is very well organized and easy to use. I passed my State Exam on my first attempt. I would highly recommend using the Random Test Mode in the course and waiting until you are consistently scoring 80 to 90 percent before taking the State Exam.

The best Real Estate school. They provide multiple options of training. I purchased the Platinum package. Their training engage three senses (Reading, listening and writing your note) in addition their practice exams are very similar to the DRE exam.
I took. I test and I passed from the first time. I highly recommend them.
